exactly what the problems is. You have full-control of your system at
all times. It's convenient, safe & secure.
You will be
provided with a link to an extremely small application by submitting
your request via our contact form or live support. This will initiate a
connection to our remote assistance servers. You will actually be
connecting to us, not the other way around. It is an encrypted
connection so there are no risks of information being read in-transit.
We will provide a password that will be required to connect to our
system.
Once the connection is made we can evaluate your
situation and provide support options as if we were in front of your
computer. Once the support session is over, the program exits. The
technician will lose all visibility and will not be able to access your
computer. In order for another support session to take place you would
have to request another session and run the support program again to
initiate the connection. At no point will this application install
itself or any other applications on your system.
