BASIC [$30.00] This level provides support for common issues

Some examples include:

    * Adware removal software installation & removal of all threats
    * Anti-Virus software installation and/or update with removal of all       detected viruses (Anti-Virus software will have to be purchased       separately if you do not own a current version)
    * System diagnostic report
    * Printer & E-Mail Setup
    * Assistance with issues related to slow performance or strange           behavior

ADVANCED [$45.00] This level provides support for complex issues

Some examples include:

    * Software Installation, Configuration and Removal
    * System Updates
    * Router Configuration
    * Wireless Setup & Security
    * VoIP (such as: Vonage or ViaTalk) Configuration
    * Remote Access (for personal use)
    * Remote Training

PHONE SUPPORT:  Within the remote assistance application there is a text-based chat window that we will use to communicate with you during the active session. You also have the option of phone support during the session for [$10.00] extra.
